The phoenix pattern in kimono has been a symbol of peace and happiness since the Asuka period (592-710 AD) and has the meaning of "nobility" and "immortality.
The phoenix pattern bordered with kinkoma-embroidery, a traditional Japanese embroidery technique, and the delicate patterns drawn using gold leaf are the result of skillful handiwork by skilled craftsmen and are full of splendor and luxury.
The kimono fabric is daringly cut on the bias at the transition where the main pattern is located, and used lavishly for this one hat.
With its flat top, medium brim, and solid shape, it can be worn by anyone regardless of gender.

Product Care
To maintain the hat's shape and kimono's texture, put on and take off the hat by holding the front and back of the brim at the same time.
Refrain from holding the brim or crown with only one hand please.
Please avoid using the hat in the rain.
To remove stains, wet a soft cloth with water, wring it out tightly, and then lightly dab the stain before leaving the item to dry in the shade.
If not to be used for a long time, store in a box or wardrobe with mothballs.
