International
- Free Express Shipping: Delivered via Japan Post (EMS/UGX) or FedEx.
- Estimated Delivery: Shipped within 3 business days + approx. 2–7 days shipping time.

Our pieces are crafted from authentic antique and vintage kimonos.
Please understand that any slight variations, minor spots, or textural nuances are inherent characteristics of the historic silk and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We only provide resolution for items that are defective (excluding vintage characteristics) or different from what you ordered.
In such cases, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days.
