Duties & Taxes
Import duties and/or other customs fees may apply depending on country. These additional charges must be paid by the customer.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been confirmed.
If you receive product that is not what you ordered or defective product, we will replace it immediately. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
* We cannot accept order cancellations even before we have notified you of shipment, as we have already made arrangements to ship your order.
* We cannot accept order cancellations due to customer carelessness, so please check your order carefully before placing your order.
Our products are made from used kimonos. Some items may have slight stains or dullness, but they are not defective.
Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order. We will process your refund within 7 days after we receive and confirm your contact.
Since the refund processing time depends on the credit card used at the time of purchase, please contact your credit card provider if you have any questions.
Refunds cannot be processed through a different payment method than originally used at the time of purchase.
