Heritage & Specs
- Story
Handcrafted from a Shōwa-era Kimono (1926–1989).
This piece is reimagined from a Hōmongi—a semi-formal kimono celebrated for its continuous, painting-like patterns.
It features the "Rangiku" (wild chrysanthemum), a powerful auspicious motif symbolizing longevity and the warding off of misfortune.
Each petal is meticulously hand-painted, brought to life with "Kinsai" (gold leaf application).
This traditional technique adds a sophisticated, golden shimmer that catches the light, exuding an air of timeless elegance.
- Texture
A refined, airy touch with an elegant, graceful drape.
The substantial, richly textured collar features a sophisticated matte luster that exudes timeless dignity.
